Refund & Returns Policy

At Accura Peptides, we supply high-purity research peptides intended exclusively for research use. Due to the perishable and sensitive nature of these materials, we do not accept returns or refunds once an order has been dispatched.

1. Returns and Replacements

Replacements are only offered in cases of verified shipping damage or dispatch error.
 To request a replacement, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue.
 Requests made beyond this period cannot be accommodated, as product integrity cannot be guaranteed once received.

2. Non-Returnable Items

All peptide products are perishable research materials and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable.
 We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Orders placed in error or change-of-mind purchases

  • Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with

  • Requests made more than 3 days after delivery

All sales are final upon dispatch.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
 If a replacement is approved due to damage or error, Accura Peptides will cover the cost of reshipment.

4. Important Notice

All products are supplied strictly for research use only.
 They are not intended for human or veterinary use, or for diagnostic or therapeutic application.
 Accura Peptides reserves the right to refuse replacement where misuse, mishandling, or unauthorised application is suspected.
