1. Overview

Accura Peptides provides tracked and secure shipping for research-use-only materials. This policy outlines our shipping procedures and the responsibilities of both Accura Peptides and the customer. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • The United Kingdom

  • Countries within the European Union

  • Selected international destinations including (but not limited to) the United States, Australia, Canada and New Zealand

If your country does not appear at checkout, please contact us to confirm availability.

3. Minimum Order Value (EU & International)

A minimum order value applies to shipments outside of the United Kingdom:

  • £120 minimum order value for customers within the European Union

  • £200 minimum order value for international destinations (United States, Australia, Canada and New Zealand).

     This is required to meet courier processing and international handling requirements.

4. Order Processing Times

  • Orders placed before 10:00am (UK time) Monday–Friday are typically dispatched the same working day.

  • Orders placed after the cut-off time, or on weekends/public holidays, will be processed on the next working day.

  • During periods of high demand, dispatch may take up to one additional working day.

5. Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery timeframes are as follows (not guaranteed):

  • United Kingdom: 1–3 working days

  • European Union: 3–7 working days

  • International: 5–10 working days

Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, courier delays or local postal services.

6. Tracking Information

All shipments are sent via tracked delivery. Tracking details will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

7. Customs and Import Responsibility

  • All international orders may be subject to customs inspections, duties or import taxes.

  • These fees are the full responsibility of the customer.

  • Accura Peptides does not cover, reimburse or refund any customs-related charges, nor accept liability for delays or seizures caused by customs authorities.

  • If an order is delayed, returned or seized by customs, no refunds or replacements will be issued.

8. Buyer Responsibility & Legal Compliance

  • All products are sold strictly for laboratory research use only and are not intended for human consumption, medical use or veterinary use.

  • By placing an order, the buyer confirms they are authorised to purchase research materials and that they have checked their own country’s laws and regulations.

  • Accura Peptides is not responsible for determining the regulatory status of products in the buyer’s jurisdiction.

9. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address provided at checkout.

  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the customer failing to accept delivery, the customer may be responsible for reshipment fees.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

10. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, freight forwarding services or locations where research materials are prohibited.
